Full Evaluation

$1,500.00

This comprehensive educational evaluation is conducted to determine whether the assessee meets eligibility criteria for special education services and to identify any learning disabilities or educational needs that may be affecting academic performance. The evaluation includes a thorough assessment of reading, writing, mathematics, and intellectual abilities, as well as other cognitive and academic skills as appropriate.

The assessment process follows recognized professional and educational guidelines to ensure accurate, reliable, and valid results. Multiple sources of information are considered, including standardized testing, educational history, and observations when appropriate. The evaluation is designed to provide a complete understanding of the individual's strengths, challenges, learning profile, and educational needs.

Because the evaluation adheres to established standards, the findings can be confidently shared with schools, teachers, educational teams, and other professionals. The resulting report is widely accepted by primary, secondary, and higher education institutions and may be used to support special education eligibility determinations, educational planning, accommodation requests, and intervention planning.

The final report will include a summary of findings, intellectual and academic test results, diagnostic conclusions when appropriate, eligibility considerations, recommended accommodations, and instructional recommendations designed to support academic success.

A touchscreen laptop is recommended for optimal assessment administration but is not required. A document camera that displays the student's workspace and allows the examiner to observe the writing process is required for evaluations that include written expression and dysgraphia assessment. A document camera can be provided if needed.
